In this paper, the authors present a new symmetrical encryption system based on symmetric encryption SEC, it formalizes the problem of encryption to a combinatorial optimization problem and uses evolutionary algorithms to solve it. The main objective of this work is to strengthen the resistance of the encryption system \"SEC\" against cryptanalysis by the characters frequencies study. The Balancing Process (BP) is introduced to change the appearance frequencies of characters, and to reach equilibrium. Through the key generated by their algorithm, they illustrate the process of encryption and decryption. Examples of applications will be given at the end of this paper, the results show that their new system is robust and resists to any attack by frequency analysis.
