Multicasting technique provides an important service for improving throughput, bandwidth and delay of distributed systems and applications. In unicast and broadcast transmissions there is wastage of bandwidth, so multicasting transmission approach is used to deliver the data from sender to group of destinations. Reactive routing protocol is used for the route establishment from source to destination only when it is required. AODV and DSR are the reactive routing protocols which uses flooding approach for establishing the route from source to destination.
