In this paper, the authors perform the main part of the restructuring processes with Business Process Reengineering (BPR) methodology. The first step was to choose the processes for analysis. Two business processes, which occur in most of the manufacturing companies, have been selected. Afterwards, current state of these processes was examined. The conclusions were used to propose own changes in accordance with assumptions of the BPR. This paper was possible through modeling and simulation of selected processes with iGrafx modeling software.
