Business as a Service Governance in a Cloud Organisation

The interoperability, agility and elasticity required by the economical context, enterprises information systems are moving step by step to a new economical and technical model: Cloud computing. NIST defines Cloud Computing as \"A model for enabling ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction \" whereas Cloud services are broadly divided into three categories: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
