Machines are becoming the important part of the communication network, from industry to smart homes. The Machine-To-Machine (M2M) communication is the main mode of these machines, which automatically serves the human in the various ways. More and more M2M applications are based on the cellular networks, taking the advantages of better coverage and lower network deployment cost. However, the current cellular network is designed for the communication between human beings, which targets the voice/media transportation, low access delay and high throughput. Currently, the machine terminals connected in cellular networks are more like mobile phones, implying the complex protocol stack, power consuming and high cost, which are the main obstacles of the deployment of machines.
