Efficient searching methods in unstructured Peer-To-Peer (P2P) networks have been extensively studied in the literature. However, efficient searching method for categorizing resource, constructing resource virtual organization and determining the physical critical range in P2P networks remains an open issue. This paper presents a simple but highly effective search method based on a triple hierarchical architecture in P2P networks. Simulations indicate that the proposed method is highly capable and powerful even in the large scale P2P networks.
