In developing Oracle Fusion CRM, the Oracle Fusion User Experience team conducted usability studies with more than 250 customer organizations and more than 550 individual participants. In response, we created a user experience that will increase the productivity of everyone involved in the sales process-which, in turn, will increase sales.
