Cloud computing is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. Cloud computing is a promising field that offers a variety of computing services to end users. These services are offered at different prices using various pricing schemes and techniques at different level. The end user expects the QoS with minimal price. Therefore, applying a fair billing model will attract more customers and achieve higher revenues for service providers.
