Cloud Computing enables universal, on-demand network access to a shared pool of computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. Cloud computing is a way to increase the capacity or add capabilities dynamically without investing in new infrastructure, training new personnel, or licensing new software. It extends Information Technology's existing capabilities. Although there are many benefits to adopting Cloud Computing, there are also some significant barriers to adoption.
