Cloud computing has become a scalable service delivery platform in the modern IT infrastructure. The technical foundations of cloud computing include the \"As-a-service\" usage model, and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) model utilizing virtualization of hardware. The most common real-life deployment of computer clouds are for hosting enterprise servers in virtual machines, running in real hardware, which is often comprised of an array of high-end servers. The virtualization environment is provided by hypervisor software like VMware. These hypervisors do not provide sufficient fine grained security and resource management facilities, which are needed for multiple enterprise deployment scenarios.
