Comparison of Geographic Routing Protocols in Wireless Sensor Networks-A Review

Geographic routing protocols are utilized as a part of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) in which the data about the location of nodes is utilized for correspondence. It is otherwise called location based routing or position based routing. These routing protocols reduce the energy utilization and expand the lifetime of the system. This paper gives a comparison about geographic based routing furthermore examination of some critical area based routing protocols GEAR, GAF and LAR. For better comprehension, the correlation between these geographic routing protocols is shown: GAF, GEAR and LAR.
