Comparison of Load Balancing and Scheduling Algorithms in Cloud Environment

The importance of cloud computing is increasing nowadays. Cloud computing is used for the delivery of hosted services like reliable, fault tolerant and scalable infrastructure over Internet. A variety of algorithms is used in the cloud environment for scheduling and load balancing, thereby reducing the total cost. The main algorithms usually used include, Optimal Cloud Resource Provisioning (OCRP) algorithm and Hybrid Cloud Optimized Cost (HCOC) scheduling algorithm. These algorithms will formulate the optimized cost of resources in the cloud environment.
