Cloud computing has been under the glare as an emerging IT trend in the federal government for several years. As defined by The National Institute of Standards and Technology, cloud computing is a model for enabling convenient, on-demand network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources (e.g., networks, servers, storage, applications, and services) that can be rapidly provisioned and released with minimal management effort or service provider interaction. In this paper, the authors introduced the concept of virtual private network based on Cloud Computing by using some simple techniques like load balancing, topology etc.
