In the present computer era of mobile networks a class of Mobile Ad-hoc NETworks (MANETs) are used where contacts between mobile nodes occur unpredictably and a complete end-to-end communication path is established between the source and the destination that rarely exists at one time and the two important functions that are traditionally bagged by the transport layer are sufficient to ensure that the reliability of data transmission between source and destination will ensure that the network does not become very congested with the existing traffic and the possible devices for transfer reliability service that are based on the concept of hop-by-hop custody transfer and end-toned return receipt.
