Ever since the dawn of the civilization, every living entity on the planet, spends most of the time to survive effectively by forming its own network consisting of homogenous and/or heterogeneous entities. This can be termed as a social network in the context of that entity. Hence social networks together form groups, communities, societies and civilizations. These networks exhibit the property of homogenous and heterogeneous interests during their formation. A basic congruence does exist when such social networks are formed. The utilization of such social networks to carry out specific tasks needs the formation of a sub-network, which hence can be termed as a congruent network.
