Vehicular Ad hoc NETwork (VANET) is a type of network where a user can access the data while driving the vehicle constantly. At any junction, each vehicle can form a temporary network to send information to nearby vehicles. Vehicles movement can gradually increase the breakage in the communication whenever there is a traffic situation faced by the vehicles. Connection breakage or link breakage can make temporary delay in the data transmission and it is also called as unstable route failure between the vehicles. This breakage may happen during the communication in the vehicular network even when the receiver is in offline or busy mode.
