In this paper, the authors present the customer relationship management. It solves the complaints of the customer and their online product. Suppose there is 'N' number of customers and they are going to give complaints, then each complaint will be verified as per its priority and then it is going to be assigned to the control panel which is the part of their CRM system. This control panel will create a 'Token'; it can be any code/message, etc. It works like an identifier.
