Vehicular Ad hoc NETwork (VANET) is a subclass of Mobile Ad hoc NETwork (MANET) where vehicles are simulated as mobile nodes. Multi-hop wireless broadcast protocols used to broadcast packets in geographically bounded region. The system deal with Distribution-Adaptive Distance with Channel Quality (DADCQ) protocol which performs well on using distance method to forward nodes. The performance depends on the selected decision threshold value. VANETs exhibit wide variability in node density, pattern distributed and quality of channel. The performance changes and not efficient across a range of these three factors simultaneously.
