A mobile Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) owes its name to the presence of mobile sinks or sensor nodes within the network. This paper has transmission of packets from source to the destination sink by reducing delay and improving network lifetime constraints. End-to-end delay analysis can be used in wireless sensor networks to design admission control policies that provide statistical quality of service guarantees. The scope of the work is to propose a packet transmission and to reduce the delay with mobile sinks is used. Then analytically evaluate the probabilistic estimations of delay analysis of both the multi-hop delivery delay and the network lifetime in a wireless sensor network.
