The problem of delivering data packets for highly dynamic mobile ad hoc networks in a reliable and timely manner is addressed. Most existing ad hoc routing protocols are susceptible to node mobility, especially for large-scale networks. In this paper, the authors will design such kind of proposed algorithm that will very beneficial for reliable data delivery for high dynamic MANET. The algorithm is based on Candidate Selection and Opportunistic Routing for delivery of data across networks. The aim of this is to propose Position-based Opportunistic Routing (POR) protocol to deliver data packets in highly dynamic mobile ad hoc networks.
