In order to implement online real-time non-destructive detection of turbine fluid distribution and the internal operation of the rotating machinery, the authors designed a high-speed data acquisition system based on PCI7300A and a high speed microcontroller-UBICOM. It is also for a further goal of carrying on graphical fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control. This paper describes the system structure and introduces the methods used to implement the system, as well as the design concept and the principle of this program.
