Displaying of information in public places like banks, offices, airports etc. is a very important issue now-a-day. Numbers and alphabets can be displayed by using devices that use LEDs and LCDs. The internal circuits normally works with binary and ASCII codes which only uses two symbols, zero and one. Displaying of the information can't be done in that format. BCD to seven segment display is a decoder device that converts that binary information into a format that is feasible for the purpose of displaying. Here in this project a BCD to seven segment decoder is designed using MATLAB Simulink and verified it for different input combinations.
