In the era of wireless communications, devices that are able to exchange information through modulated radio frequency waves acquire more and more importance. Wireless communication and its applications have travelled through rapid growth in recent years. Cellular systems, WLANS, Bluetooth as well as WPANs have undergone numerous generations of evolution in the swift development in wireless communication. LNA (Low Noise Amplifier) are used at receiver's side in all communications systems in order to offer the first amplification to the received signal with the addition of the minimum noise.
