Dynamic integration of Virtual Machines in the Cloud Computing In Order to Reduce Energy Consumption

Cloud computing has been created a revolution in the IT industry by providing enough resources while using it. Profitability of cloud computing had caused to create very large data centers around the world which contain thousands of computing nodes; But these centers consume too much electricity that leads to increase their operating costs and produce a large amount of carbon dioxide too. This paper provides new techniques and algorithms for dynamic integration of virtual machines in the cloud computing centers.
