Network coding has significant advantages in enhancing network throughput and data transmission reliability in network communication and these have attracted more and more research attention. However, it increases data transmission delay in some degrees. Therefore, how to reduce the delay and provide the QoS guarantee in network coding is an important issue. And currently, fewer researches investigate the combination of network coding with QoS guarantee in multi-hop wireless networks. Based on this status, the paper proposes a dynamic network coding model DNPDG (Dynamic Network-coding with Packet-transmission Delay Guarantee), which effectively controls packet transmission delay in network coding by dynamically determining the coding operation and adjusting the size of data generation.
