Data center virtualization has become a key technology used for simplifying the service management and reduces energy costs in data centers. Some of the challenges faced by data centers is to make a decision when, how and which Virtual Machines (VMs) have to be consolidated into a particular physical server. It has a straight impact on service response time. Most of the obtainable solutions for server consolidation are excited migrations, which try to minimize the number of physical servers running in VMs. These solutions produce avoid migrations due to changeable workloads that need to VM resizing.
