The importance of quality in organizations today is paramount. This paper examines employee perceptions of quality management at three different time periods. New employees at a large manufacturing organization were surveyed regarding their perceptions of their organization's quality management practices before they attended new employee orientation training, immediately after the new employee orientation training and a month after the new employee orientation training. A description of the paper as well as findings and conclusions are presented.
