In cloud computing, Service Level Agreement (SLA) will be executed between the user and the cloud provider before the start of the application or using the cloud. SLA defines user's essential Quality of Service (QoS) parameter in terms of execution cost and time. The QoS can be measured by many factors viz. execution time, user deadline, cost and reliability etc. SC-PCP algorithm is used to improve the QoS, by using cost and time for satisfying user defined deadline.
