Energy Conservation and Efficient Data Collection in WSN-ME: A Survey

With the advent of IoT (Internet of Thing), wireless sensor networks gained more and more popularity. In the present scenario WSN has been deployed in various domains like security, monitoring, environment, tracking down enemy, military applications, agriculture, surveillance, etc. Energy conservation and improving the amount of data collected is quite challenging in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN). This paper focuses on survey of various techniques for lowering latency, routing data to Mobile Elements (MEs) with motion control mechanisms, scheduling during data collection in WSN-ME and technique for energy conservation by using fuzzy logic.
