Non-expert managers in various types of organizations usually find it challenging to decide whether to adopt cloud computing services, which are internet-based, instead of the conventional in-house technologies, which are physically owned and controlled on-premises. The outcome argues that the urgent support availability aspect is selected as the most worrying factor amongst the majority of non-expert managers taking into account the associated cost and future demand changes.
