The efficiency of queuing system is depends upon the behavior of customers and servers. Most of time the problem in queuing system arises due to some unethical behaviors. An analysis and approximation of queuing models with specific behaviors during various situations has been covered by many researchers. However, many obscure behaviors factors can be appealing to queuing models, which are still at large to consider during the study of such system. There are occasions where ignorance due to cultural background can block the queue flow.
