It is well known that a manager's work is much more important and therefore much more productive for the company. Any position in any company has one thing in common - the job interview. Even if a board of directors require hiring a CEO, or if a supervisor wishes to hire another helper, both of these executives and management positions have to go through tough job interviews. It goes without saying though, that the questions for these two interviews would be entirely different. This paper provides some questions that are commonly asked for the management positions.
