Experience 2030: Has Covid-19 Created a New Kind Of Customer

In 2019, SAS commissioned a survey into consumer buying
habits and brand practices to try and understand the
customer experience and what this might look like in 2030.

In the wake of COVID-19, SAS wanted to discover
how attitudes have changed and if businesses had
made progress in developing their customer
experiences.

The new survey – using an extended
sample size of 10,000 consumers from across
Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) – shows that
COVID-19 has reinforced the importance of the
customer experience in consumer buying habits.

Ultimately, there’s no shortcut around customer intelligence.
