Extended Ad Hoc on Demand Distance Vector Local Repair Trial for MANET

Adhoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) is a routing schema for delivering messages in a connected Mobile Adhoc NETwork (MANET). In MANETs, a set of nodes are used to route the data from source to destination and it is assumed that nodes are distributed over the entire region. Connectivity between any sources to destination pair in the network exists when they are in radio range of each other. The technique used to deal with the issues called Local Repair. Local Repair is an important issue in routing protocol which is needed for minimizing flooding and performance improvement. Local Repair is one of the major issues in the protocol; routes can be locally repaired by the node that detects the link break along the end to end path.
