In this paper, the authors mainly focus on the perceptions of employees considering various attributes on industrial performance. The motivated employees play vital role in improving industrial performance. An attempt is made to know the employees job satisfaction and attributes influencing enhancing industrial performance through perceptions of the employees from the representatives' industrial units of the estate under study. The structured questionnaires with a set of questions were distributed among the employees of organization. SPSS 17.0 software was used to carry out various statistical tests were carried to uncover the factors affecting industrial performance.
