In this paper, the authors propose design flared factual ultra wide band antenna for wireless applications. The design of 2.4GHz-9.6GHz resonating flared antenna using fractal geometry has been proposed in this paper. Here the two iterations of flared monopole antenna design and its characteristics are described. The ansoft HFSS software is used to simulate the flared fractal antenna and observed that with increase in number of iterations led to improvement is bandwidth ad return losses. The original flared Monopole Antenna showed a resonance frequency at 2.4GHz and 8.2 GHz, First iteration showed resonance frequency at 2.4GHz and 9 GHz and the second iteration showed at resonance frequency of 2.4 GHz and 9.6 GHz.
