Fraud Ranking Detection in e-Commerce Applications: A Survey
In this paper, the authors discuss the various methods and techniques used for the discovery of fraud rankings in e-commerce and various other applications. Rankings play a major role in e-commerce applications. Customers buy online products based on reading the ranking, rating and review given to it. Since these reviews are game changers for success or failure in sales of a product, reviews are being manipulated for positive or negative opinions. Distinguishing these fake reviews is an important and difficult task.
