In this paper, the authors propose FlashLinQ a synchronous peer to peer wireless PHY/MAC architecture. FlashLinq is a synchronous Time Division Duplex (TDD) Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) technology operating on dedicated licensed spectrum and is distinguished by its high discovery range. TDD OFDMA is a time division duplex of orthogonal frequency division multiple access by using this they can transmit a data by searching a neighborhood area network where fixed and mobile peer application can be interacted directly without infrastructure. Flash-LinQis completely system architecture including: timing and frequency, peer discovery, link management and channel-aware distributed power, data rate, and link scheduling.
