GPS signal Detection Method based on High Order Cyclo-stationarity (DMHOC) is the state-of-the-art method for acquiring the GPS signal under multiplicative and additive noise. However, since the method only uses autocorrelation function to obtain the peak and estimate the received signal frequency, the peak may be buried in the noise when Power Spectrum of the Multiplicative Noise (PSMN) is low. To solve the problem, the GPS signal joint acquisition method of mean function and autocorrelation function under multiplicative and additive noise has been proposed.
