Guidelines for Software Quality Model Using Domain-Values, User and Organizational Perception

Software quality is a critical component in software engineering due to misunderstanding of its nature. So far there is no well-defined approach to design software quality model. Quality is always an end-point of every software engineering activity. Defining quality is not a easy task since lack understanding its definition and affecting factors. Quality of any product will be affected because of its; environments (Domain), user perception, organizational policy. This paper propose guidelines to prepare a quality model using domain, organizational and user perception.
