Worldwide interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) is a telecommunications technology aimed to providing wireless data over wider coverage area in a variety of ways, from point to point links to full mobile cellular type access. It is based on IEEE Std. 802.16 attempts to bring quality of services, high data rates and coverage to wireless computer networks. Mobility of wireless communication is increase with wireless MAN standard 802.16. The attractive feature of WiMAX for wireless communication is mobility among homogeneous networks and heterogeneous network.
