Data acquisition system based on FPGA which is excellently applied in various fields of application including wired and wireless telecommunications and image and signal processing has the characteristics of easy to modify, high speed and functional agility. A high-speed continuous data acquisition system with ADS1675REF (HCD-FPGA) is introduced in this paper and HCD-FPGA can achieve synchronous and continuous data acquisition which the previous system is unable or difficult to realize. The function of HCD-FPGA is divided into four parts, including using GPS to precisely control start time, controlling the information of ADS parameters, dealing with data collection process, and using SDRAM to store data temporarily.
