Human Resource Management in Organizational Development
The authors paper is based on the problem that does human resource management determinant plays a role in organizational development. This paper is to find out the relationship among human resources management determinant i.e. goal accomplishment, competitive edge, employees behavior, motivation and productivity and organizational development. They have taken determinants of human resource management as independent variable and organizational development as a dependent variable and with the help of secondary sources and data analysis it is found that there is not very strong relationship between these two variable but human resource management have a direct impact on organizational development.
