This paper will define the overarching concept of Outsourced Document Services (ODS) and then drill down on characteristics of the various document services under ODS, which include MPS; enabling the reader to differentiate MPS from the other print services offerings in the market. Lastly, the benefits of MPS will be demonstrated to raise awareness among the end-user community.
