Public Key Encryption with Backward Recovery (PKE-BR) that allows the sender to retrieve a \"Forgotten\" plaintext from the ciphertext (called the backward recovery of plaintext). Combing the identity based cryptography and PEK-BR scheme; the authors firstly present the notion of Identity Based Encryption with Backward Recovery (IBE-BR). They formalize the security model of IBE-BR, and then proposed the first IBE-BR scheme based on the signature scheme and Target Collision Resistant (TCR) hash function. Moreover, they show that their scheme is provably security in the standard model (without random oracles).
