There are a few empirical studies on the impact of e-commerce on international trade. This paper focus on how e-commerce affects international trade. In this paper, the authors introduce e-commerce to international trade model with the help of the researcher's (1991)'s iceberg cost, and they find that e-commerce does have impact on international trade, which affects the output, prices, imports and exports of merchandise trade, the total global merchandise trade, and enterprise's profits etc. in the end.
