Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is a promising structure used to assist the stipulation of many military and industrial services. They have many different constraints, such as computational power, storage capacity, energy supply and etc. are the important issue is their energy constraint. Many issues hold back the effectiveness of WSNs to support different applications, such as the resource confines of sensor devices and the finite battery power. To overcome this problem and to improve the performance need not only to minimize total energy consumption but also to balance WSN load.
