Active DataBase Management Systems (ADBMSs) have been developed to support applications with sensing changes in databases. Database driven information systems are divided into two integrity concerns: static and dynamic integrity. Static integrity is one that is based on the situations within a particular database state and dynamic integrity addresses situations with state sequences. Dynamic integrity issues come to the bow when services are intended over the database. Information systems are collection of services and dynamic integrity is then an indispensable part of IS design. Therefore, designers of information systems have been regularly concerned with dynamic integrity.
