The field of data exchange has overcome many obstacles, but when it comes to negation in rule bodies combined with existentially quantified variables in rule heads, to inequalities x, as well as to inconsistency management, the same intractability barriers that plague the area of incomplete information arise. In this paper, the authors develop an intuitionistic relevance-logic based semantics that allows them to extend the polynomial time "Naive evaluation" technique to data exchange dependencies Tuple Generating Dependency and Equality Generating Dependency (TGD and EGD) with negated atoms and unequalities, and to data exchange target queries consisting of unions of conjunctive queries with negation and unequalities.
