In this paper the authors present a problem of knowledge conflict appearing in business intelligence systems. The structure of such class system in context of knowledge creating is presented in the first part of paper. Next, the formal definition of knowledge structure of Business Intelligence, which is necessary to comparing this knowledge, was elaborated. The characteristic, sources and examples of knowledge conflicts is presented in the final part of paper. The detecting and resolving of this type of conflicts is necessary, because this allows receiving by user, from the system, the proper reports as a result of analyses.
